We have decided that you no longer need to fill out the "Covid -19 Liability Form" effective immediately. New clients and clients who we haven't seen in over a year will be required to fill out all the forms. If you receive a form please fill it out for a specialty service. We do ask that you continue to monitor yourself, if you are not feeling well in any way cancel your appointment. You can reschedule an appointment from www.shishisalon.net or our App which you can download here: Apple or Android. Or click the button below to book online.
