Every service provider at Shi-Shi's Lounge works on a Level System. The level system accomplishes two main goals. The first is to provide a career path of growth and achievement for our team. The second is to provide several options for your various service needs. Guests may choose the level that best fits their needs and their budget. The training our team receives is aggressive, consistent, innovative and in-depth. It starts from the moment they are hired and continues through their entire career with us. Level promotions are based on several factors including: guest satisfaction, guest retention, performance and education.
Education is at the core of our team building. All Shi-Shi's Lounge service providers are required to attend six continuing education classes per year. Additionally, we offer the most comprehensive Associate program for hair stylists in the country. This program, developed by the Summit Salon Business Center, takes new talent through a nine-month intensive, hands-on learning experience. This "Masters" in hairstyling and client servicing ensures that you will have the best experience with all of our stylist.
